About Us
Community Driven
The name Springside represents the fluidity and movement of our beautiful falls. Like waterfalls, our bodies are constantly changing; fluid to meet new demands.
We pride ourselves on being community-minded, supporting local sports teams and fundraisers. Your success is OUR success and we are proud to be a part of it!

Registered Physiotherapist and Owner | BaH, MSc, PT
Heather Fobert
Born and raised in Napanee, I am thrilled to be back working in my hometown. I graduated from Queen's University in 2014 with a Masters of Physical Therapy and have completed additional courses in post-concussion syndrome, acupuncture and dry needling, and running injuries and prevention.
I understand all patients are unique. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that works for you, with you.
My husband and I live in the Newburgh area with our two girls, ages 3 and 6. When not in the office, you can catch me on an outside hike or adventure with my girls, doing virtual bootcamp or strolling through town with a latte in hand.
